Description

Raw sugar is partially or less refined white sugar. Because it is only partially processed, the product still contains some of the minerals, calcium potassium, and iron that are completely removed in the manufacture of the white sugar. Raw sugar is healthier than white sugar but not as good for you as Gur ( Ambrosia’s Golden sugar ). The taste is lighter than “ Golden Sugar” and may be preferred for cooking.
